Responsibilities
- Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for various restrictions.
- Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.
- Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas.
- Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction.
- Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
Qualifications
- Must hold current ServSafe Food Handling certification.
- High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
