The University of Minnesota in Crookston is seeking a full-time, 9-month in-person Cook position in Dining Services starting August 2027. You will prepare, cook, and present hot and cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and catered events under the supervision of the General Manager.
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in quantity food production, safe knife handling, and ability to lift 50 pounds.
This a full-time, 9-month in-person position starting at $24.04 per hour working in the Department of Dining Services starting in August 2027. This position reports to the Sodexo Dining Service's General Manager. Must be also willing to work holidays and overtime when necessary. This position is represented by the Teamsters Local 320 Bargaining Unit.
The Promotional Priority Period for current Teamster applicants begins 5/20/26 and 5/27/26.
Pay Range: $24.04 per hour; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
