Job summary

Waterstone of Westchester in White Plains, NY is seeking a part-time Cook to join our culinary team in a vibrant senior living community. You’ll help prepare meals and support a la carte service while following kitchen safety standards.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay of $26–$28 with walk-ins welcome and a friendly, team-oriented environment that values residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• Food preparation and other culinary services in the kitchen.
• Hands on a la carte preparation and other culinary services in the kitchen.
• Must be able to follow kitchen safety protocols.
• Some experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred. Hotel, club or fine dining a plus.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• ServSafe Certificate required.
• English is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in daily meal service for residents.
