Job summary

Rivermere of Orange in Orange, CT, is seeking a full-time cook to join our culinary team. The role requires strong food preparation skills, English proficiency, and ServSafe certification. Previous senior living or hospitality experience is a plus.

Competitive benefits are offered with 30 hours per week and a first-of-month start. Pay range is $20.00–$25.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Food preparation and other culinary services in the kitchen.
• Hands on a la carte preparation and other culinary services in the kitchen.
• Must be able to follow kitchen safety protocols.
• Some experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred. Hotel, club or fine dining a plus.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• ServSafe Certificate required.
• English is required.
