Cooks must have the following:

·Must be able to work in collaboration with the dietary team.

·Must be able to work scheduled hours including some weekends/Holidays.

The Cooks will:

·Preparation/serving of residents' daily meals and maintaining kitchen area.

·Recent experience as a Cook in a healthcare environment

·Should be familiar with all Cook responsibilities including setting up the tray line, delivery of meal trays to all patient areas in a timely manner working in the dish room, etc.

·Should be able to maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen.

·Should have excellent communication and customer service skills.
