Job summary

Bally's Chicago Casino is seeking a kitchen team member responsible for washing, chopping, and preparing ingredients, following recipes, and maintaining a clean, well-organized kitchen.

You will use a range of kitchen tools, store foods properly, and uphold food safety standards to support seamless front- and back-of-house operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, chop, and cut raw foods according to recipes.
• Prepare soups, salads, gravies, desserts, sauces, or entrées as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and kitchen area.
• Assist with keeping freezers and walk-ins clean and organized.
• Practice safe food handling techniques and proper storage of items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Assistingin keeping freezers, walk-ins, and other storage areas in proper cleanliness and order;maintainproper rotation
• Assistingin ensuring that all foods are covered, labeled, initialed, and stored properly
• Practicing safe food handling techniques
• Maintaining cleanliness of workstation and kitchen overall
• Assisting with the cleanliness of the casino property Front and Heart of House
• Perform other duties as assigned
