Wasserhund Brewing Company LLC is seeking adaptable, hard‑working kitchen staff to join our brewery pizzeria. You will help with high‑volume pizza prep, operate the pizza oven, dough roller and mixers, and uphold sanitation while supporting weekend and event shifts.

Typical shifts, 12p–8p and 5p–12a, with 30–39 or 20–29 hours per week. Pay is $14–$16 per hour, with base wage negotiable and performance-based increases; benefits include 401(k) company match, employee discounts, flexible

• Ensure optimal level of sanitation and safety standards in work area at all times
• Monitor and maintain clean working area and cooking surfaces for food preparation
• Willing to adjust your schedule to help cover flex shifts or special events
• Maintain and operate all large cooking equipment such as pizza oven, dough roller, dough mixer, fryers
• Manage all food order slips, administer all verbal instructions, and perform all cooking requirements as per instructed
• Prepare all food materials required for cooking such as cutting vegetables, precooking meats, and making our special beer batter dough
• Monitor and ensure exact measurements of ingredients for all food items
• Prepare all package food items and ensure proper serving temperatures

We want team members who can handle the rush of a Saturday night, or open a kitchen to ensure the evening is amply prepared. Typical Shift Hours are within the below time periods:

• Afternoon Flex: 12p-8p (1200-2000)
• Evening: 5p-12a (1700-0000)

Job Responsibilities:
