Oakmont Senior Living is hiring Cooks for Full Scratch Kitchen in Carlsbad, CA. Full-time, all shifts, pay range $20.00–$22.00 per hour. We value authentic hospitality, teamwork, and delivering high-quality meals for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant.
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep line.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Friendly demeanor when communicating with staff.
• Pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (TB included).
• Vaccination/testing per regulatory guidelines may be required.

What We Request

• Line cook experience in a “Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant”
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
