Job summary

First Watch in Burlington, MA is hiring Cooks to join our Back-of-the-House team. We offer a no night shifts policy and a chef-curated menu, with a culture that puts people first and empowers employees to make decisions that enhance guest experiences.

As a Cook, you will train in a station aligned with your skills, work with a friendly team to deliver breakfast, brunch, or lunch, and help maintain quality and safety while enjoying great benefits and growth opportunities.

About The Position

Our Back-of-the-House team members have a mutual respect for quality food, and they perform their responsibilities as if placing a personal signature on every plate. Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level & innate skill. In other words, you don’t need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch (unless you want to!)
