Job summary

First Watch in Falls Church, VA is hiring cooks for our Back-of-the-House team. We offer a people-first culture and no night shifts, with a chef-curated menu to support your daily work.

As a cook, you’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, communicate well with teammates, follow our recipes, and keep your station clean while delivering safe, high-quality breakfast, brunch, or lunch.

• Prepare and plate dishes with consistency and care.

About The Position

Our Back-of-the-House team members have a mutual respect for quality food, and they perform their responsibilities as if placing a personal signature on every plate. Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level & innate skill. In other words, you don’t need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch (unless you want to!)
