Job Description

A cook is responsible for the following duties and tasks:

• Preparing, cooking, and plating food items following our specifications and health department standards.
• Working safely and identifying potential safety hazards.
• Cleaning the work area and various areas of the kitchen.
• Putting ingredients and supplies away when delivered.
• Maintaining the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and tools.
• Stocking merchandise and putting away deliveries.
• Performing kitchen duties including slicing, chopping, broiling, and grilling.
• Communicating openly with management regarding work-related concerns.
