Job summary

Spaulding Nursing and Therapy Center Brighton, Inc. is seeking a seasoned cook to join our team.

The role covers weekend shifts (6am-2:30pm and 11:30am-8pm) and requires preparing a wide variety of meats, vegetables, soups, breakfast dishes, and other items according to recipes. As a team lead, you will manage daily kitchen operations, receive ingredients, review production schedules, maintain clean work areas, portion control, and attend to equipment and inventory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 5-7 years of experience as a cook preferred.
• Ability to prepare and display a wide variety of foods to spec.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation methods and quality standards.
