Job summary

Sinai Residences is seeking an experienced Cook to join our culinary team in Boca Raton, FL. You will prepare high-quality meals, maintain a clean kitchen, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

We value teamwork, growth, and supporting your development from day one. A Level II background check is required for all positions at Sinai Residences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cook experience in a restaurant, hotel, club, healthcare, or similar environment.
• Ability to read recipes and follow preparation standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items following standardized recipes and culinary standards
• Prepare soups, sauces, stocks, roasted and braised items
• Work across multiple cook stations while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Collaborate with Chefs and kitchen team to execute service successfully
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Contribute ideas to improve kitchen operations and guest experience
• Support dishwashing and kitchen operations as needed
