Job summary

Arcadia Care in Bloomington, IL seeks a dedicated Cook to prepare meals in line with federal, state, and local standards to ensure high-quality, safe food service for residents.

You will review menus, prepare timely meals and snacks according to safety guidelines, and assist in planning regular and special diet menus as prescribed by physicians and dietitians, ensuring food is readily available and properly portioned for residents and staff. Previous hospital or nursing care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One year dietary/food experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related medical facility preferred but not required.
• Must have State Food Service Sanitation certification.
• Food Sanitation License preferred.
