Job summary

Arc at Normal is seeking a Cook responsible for food preparation in accordance with federal, state, and local standards to ensure quality, safe meals for patients, residents, and staff.

You will review menus, prepare timely meals, assist in planning regular and special diet menus as prescribed by the attending physician and dietician, and help ensure food is available for kitchen staff. Certification in food sanitation is required or preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year dietary/food experience preferred but not required.
• Must have State Food Service Sanitation certification.
• Food Sanitation License preferred.
