• 1. Assists or prepares food items and serves food to residents within scheduled timeframe.
• 2. Cleans and maintains food service areas, including the kitchen and dining room.
• 3.Assists Dining Services Director in maintaining inventory control.
• 4. Reports any loss, breakage or waste of supplies and equipment, and communicates any problems or potential problems to the Culinary Director.
• 6. Displays mature behavior and attitude in speech and action; demonstrates consistently pleasant demeanor, tone of voice, supports the mission statement and approach to care used by the community.
• 7. Maintains an acceptable attendance record; notifies supervisor if late or unable to work in accordance with personnel polices; follows the assigned work schedule.
