Job summary

Atrium Centers Austinburg Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Cook to nourish residents with meals that meet dietary needs and support a warm dining experience.

You will follow menus, ensure food safety, maintain a clean kitchen, and assist in timely meal service for residents in a 1-year-experience role. This role values reliability, teamwork, and a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year cooking experience for a large group; long-term care or institutional experience preferred.
• Ability to scale and quantify recipes to meet facility needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
