Haven of Arcola is seeking a dependable Cook to prepare and serve nutritious meals for residents while keeping a clean, sanitary kitchen. This role supports resident well‑being and requires teamwork within a healthcare environment.

Shifts are available day and evening, including weekends and holidays. Eligible candidates should have Cook experience and knowledge of food safety, with strong communication and collaboration skills to work with dietary staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas
• Assist in the dish room as needed
• Follow all facility policies, food safety standards, and federal/state regulations
• Work collaboratively with dietary staff and other team members
