Full-Time Cook– Marriott Renaissance Allentown

Do you have a passion for cooking and delivering exceptional culinary experiences? The Marriott Renaissance Allentown is seeking a versatile and motivated Full-Time Cook to join our team. In this role, you will prepare meals for both restaurant service and banquets, contributing to the seamless operation of our kitchen.

• $16.00/hr.
• Must be available for both AM and PM shifts.
• Must be available weekends and holidays.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for daily restaurant service and banquet events, following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure timely execution of food preparation and plating during service periods and events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment by adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
• Assist with kitchen setup, breakdown, and inventory management as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen, preferably with experience in both restaurant and banquet settings.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, food preparation techniques, and safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, high-pressure environment.
