Position Details

Community: University Place

Address: 1250 E North 10th, Abilene, TX

Shifts: 10am - 7pm

Starting Pay: $13.51/hr

Responsibilities

1. Prepare à la carte items
2. Monitor stock levels
3. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas
4. Assist with training culinary team members
5. Follow established meal preparation and presentation methods
6. Serve meals promptly and courteously to residents

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
• ServSafe Certification and Food Handlers permit as regulated by authorities
• Skills in preparing specialized dishes for specific diets
• Excellent communication skills with residents, families, and team members
