Job summary

Valley Water in California is seeking a Chief Operating Officer for the Water Utility Enterprise. The COO will oversee the organization\'s largest department, guiding operations from raw water to treated water and delivery systems.

Reporting to the ACEO, the candidate will drive strategic initiatives, engage with state and federal agencies, and build relationships with elected officials, customers, and stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable water and an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in large-scale water utilities.
• Experience with water supply, imported water challenges, and policy.
• Ability to communicate with elected officials and stakeholders.
