Job summary

The role requires a seasoned leader in post‑secondary vocational education with accreditation expertise, enrollment management, HR, finance, and technology systems. Strong strategic and collaborative leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required and Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressively responsible executive leadership experience in a post-secondary vocational/technical institution.
• Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading growth, modernization, and program expansion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and advisor to the President on operations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across campuses and ensure alignment with goals and compliance.
• Lead modernization of systems and processes to improve efficiency and student outcomes.
• Develop scalable structures to support expansion, workforce development, and partnerships.
