Job summary

Redding Ridge Asset Management is seeking an Associate to join its COO team in New York. The role blends financial modeling with strategic and operational analysis, supporting the COO on revenue and cost analysis, planning, and ad-hoc projects.

You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Operations, Technology, and Investment teams to deliver executive-ready materials and dashboards that inform senior leadership decisions and firm growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, FP&A, or related analytical roles.
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of how financials drive revenue and costs.
• Self-starter with ability to deliver clear outputs from loosely defined briefs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance across core business lines and produce actionable outputs.
• Support business cases and investment rationales for new initiatives and partnerships.
• Build and maintain financial models including revenue, expenses and fee modeling.
• Prepare financial reporting packages, board materials and investor-facing materials.
• Track KPIs and develop analytical dashboards for strategic planning.
