Job summary

Redding Ridge Asset Management is seeking an Associate to join the COO team focusing on Strategy & Business Management. The role blends financial modeling with operational understanding to drive high-priority initiatives and decision-ready analyses for senior leadership.

You will work on revenue/cost analysis, planning, and strategic projects, partnering with Finance, Legal, Operations, Tech, and Investment teams to scale the business globally.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, Big 4 advisory, FP&A or related analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of how revenue and costs are generated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive-level materials.
• Self-starter with ability to translate loosely defined briefs into actionable analysis.
• Collaborative, low-ego team player with attention to detail and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance across core business lines and produce outputs for the COO and senior leadership.
• Support the development of business cases and investment rationales for new initiatives and partnerships.
• Build and maintain financial models: revenue and expense analysis, fee modeling, scenario/sensitivity analysis.
• Assist in preparing financial reporting packages, board materials and investor-facing materials.
• Track KPIs and develop analytical dashboards for ongoing management and planning.
• Support the COO on strategic initiatives, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
