Job summary

Aviva Senior Life in Sarasota, Florida seeks a Chief Operating Officer to guide the campus operations, reporting to the CEO. The role oversees day-to-day activities of 172 staff and leads multiple departments to deliver exceptional resident care and financial stewardship. Relocation assistance is provided.

The COO will partner with the CEO and Board on strategic plans, budgets, and capital projects, while driving growth, cost savings, and operational excellence across the continuum of services.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Senior leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to drive financial performance and operational excellence.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of campus and staff.
• Collaborate with CEO and board on strategic plans, budgets, and capital projects.
• Lead departments including dining, facilities, life enrichment, resident services, and IT.
