Qualifications

• Significant multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience (brand with 50+ locations).
• Proven track record developing GM-level and above-restaurant talent.
• Deep understanding of guest experience and hospitality-forward brands.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-unit restaurant performance across markets; oversee sales, guest satisfaction, and labor at field level.
• Set and evolve Snooze's guest experience and brand standards in all locations.
• Develop a pipeline of GMs and above-restaurant leaders.
• Support new openings and market growth with operations input.
