InSight Recovery & Wellness, a physician-led behavioral healthcare organization in Franklin, TN, seeks a Chief Operating Officer / Integrator to partner with the Founder & CEO. The role is to lead the internal operating engine, drive scalability, and enhance financial visibility across Tennessee.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of healthcare leadership, strong P&L and revenue cycle experience, and a track record of building scalable systems and high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience in physician practices, multi-site outpatient organizations, MSOs, or related healthcare businesses.
• Strong operational discipline with entrepreneurial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own internal operating engine including day-to-day operations, financial operations, budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee revenue cycle and performance reporting; establish dashboards and operating metrics.
• Drive strategic growth initiatives, multi-site expansion, and clinic/facility operations.
• Build scalable systems and implement clear accountability across departments.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across the organization.
• Collaborate with founder/CEO to align on vision and execution.
