The COO will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to guide strategic plans, manage budgets and compliance, and build durable partnerships with schools, funders and community stakeholders in a growing nonprofit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level management experience in operations, finance, HR, and administration.
• Experience managing nonprofit operations with diverse funding streams.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic planning, analytical, problem-solving, and implementation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities
