Job summary

Backline Alliance is seeking a senior operations executive to unite acquired clubs into a single platform and build the operating engine from the ground up in a fast‑growing buy‑and‑build model.

You will own the technology infrastructure integration, create the playbook, and lead people and processes across acquisitions, delivering structure and trust with club owners. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role reporting to the CEO and offering a clear path to the top.

Qualifications

• Stand up operations or shared services in a multi-entity, acquisitive business.
• You ship the work with minimal direction and ownership.
• You push 90% to 100% instead of circling back later.
• You see mess and build structure to prevent recurrence.
• You push back on the CEO when he's wrong.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology infrastructure that connects acquired clubs into one platform.
• Develop the integration playbook, which does not exist yet.
• Lead people and process across every acquisition.
• Developers and administrative staff day to day.
• Build trust with club owners before and after close.
