Job summary

Fairway Control Inc. is seeking a senior operations lead to own onboarding, delivery, and customer operations as the company scales from its first clubs to a national base. This full-time hybrid role focuses on delivering against the product roadmap while building a robust support function.

You will monitor churn, onboarding time, and support load per club, ensuring smooth growth and effective operational execution across the organization.

• Own onboarding, from a signed club to a club running its first full week on the platform.
• Build the support function and the standards it answers to.
• Run delivery against the roadmap with the engineering lead.
• Hold the operating numbers: churn, time to onboard, support load per club.
