Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of experience in financial market infrastructure operations.
• Experience overseeing operations in a regulated clearing house, or a qualified custodian preferred.
• Working knowledge of CFTC clearing house regulations and/or NYDFS trust company requirements.
• Familiarity with digital asset custody and blockchain infrastructure.
• Strong track record in operational resilience and business continuity planning.
• Excellent leadership, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day ICUS operations and address issues.
• Engage with clearing members and act as escalation point for operational issues.
• Liaise with Operations, Risk, Treasury and System Operations on clearing operations matters.
• Work with ICE exchanges on new product launches.
• Prioritize development items for ICUS across development, QA and PM teams for timely delivery.
• Lead the ICUS clearing analyst team and requirements for new features.
• Ensure ICUS maintains high levels of operational resilience.
• Manage internal audit follow-up and planning for clearing operations.
• Lead business continuity planning across clearing operations.
• Represent ICUS on ICE boards and committees as required.
• Support the development and execution of ICUS's corporate strategy.
• External engagement with IDTC customers and expanding custodian services.
• Oversee day-to-day custody operations and key management processes.
• Maintain and improve IDTC's operational procedures.
• Liaise with NYDFS on custody operations matters.
• Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and reduce risk across custody operations.
• Support the development and execution of IDTC's corporate strategy.
