Job summary

ICE Clear U.S. (ICUS) is a CFTC-registered derivatives clearing organization providing clearing services for futures and options; the COO will ensure day-to-day operations are safe and sound, with governance and resilience.

ICE Digital Trust (IDTC) is a NY chartered trust company delivering institutional custody for digital assets; the COO oversees custody operations and controls to meet NYDFS and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ICUS day-to-day operational issues are managed and addressed.
• Engage with clearing members and act as escalation point for operations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Treasury and System Operations on clearing matters.
• Oversee ICUS clearing analyst team and feature requirements.
• Support ICUS corporate strategy and business continuity planning.
• Oversee IDTC day-to-day custody operations and key management processes.
• Engage with IDTC customers and support onboarding of new clients.
