Job summary

Studio C is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead operations for its Grand Rapids corporate office, overseeing a $70 million, 10-location entertainment group. You will align executive strategy with frontline execution, guiding guest experiences and organizational performance.

You will partner with the CEO to translate vision into daily practice, build scalable systems, and foster a culture of service, trust, empathy, playfulness, and courage across all teams.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a multi-unit operation.
• Proven success managing a P&L on a similar scale.
• Track record of building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Bring vision to life in partnership with the CEO and define the operating model for a multi-location entertainment business.
• Own the P&L of a $70 million, 10-location operation and drive performance and strategic investments.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team, ensuring accountability and clear roles across locations.
• Shape and uphold a culture aligned with our values, and translate vision into daily reality across all sites.
