Job summary

Caron Treatment Centers is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead operational excellence and strategic execution across our national network of addiction treatment services. The role partners with the CEO and Board to drive performance, growth, and mission-driven outcomes.

The COO will shape operational strategy, oversee multi-site operations, and foster a high-performing culture focused on quality, safety, and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or administration is required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior executive or operational leadership role is required.
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use disorder treatment, or integrated healthcare setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-site operations and multi-disciplinary teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence across multi-site operations and scale processes.
• Provide visionary executive leadership, accountability, and collaboration across the organization.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, reimbursement methodologies, and performance metrics.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and sustainable adoption of new processes.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and risk management to safeguard operations.
