Job summary

CVS Health in Rhode Island is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to service and repair facility equipment and automated systems. You will read electrical and mechanical schematics, diagnose issues with voltage readings, and perform repairs on motors and conveyors to minimize downtime.

You will document work orders, support safety standards, and contribute to reliability improvements in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Perform voltage testing and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience maintaining motors, conveyors and automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Perform voltage readings and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot machine motors, conveyor systems, and automated equipment.
• Inspect machinery for wear, defects, and potential failures to minimize downtime.
• Complete work orders, maintenance documentation, and spare parts inventory tracking.
• Support equipment improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards.
