Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure reliable operation of the conveyor system and related equipment.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, AS/RS systems, cranes, and drives while following electrical codes and safety practices. This role requires hands-on skills, the ability to work at heights, and a collaborative approach with operations teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of building maintenance experience.
• Comfortable working at heights and in extreme heat.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues with equipment and coordinate/perform maintenance.
• Maintain and repair conveyors, AS/RS systems, cranes, VFDs, gearboxes, and belts.
• Maintain electrical systems and equipment; perform preventative maintenance on conveyors and machinery wiring.
• Diagnose malfunctioning equipment (transformers, motors, lighting) and test components.
• Perform routine maintenance with hand/power tools and materials handling equipment.
• Coordinate general building maintenance and facilities upkeep.
• Install new machines and wiring following safety codes and diagrams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
