Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Mt. Juliet, TN is seeking an electro-mechanical technician to perform emergency and predictive maintenance on conveyor systems, diagnose issues, and ensure reliable operation.

The role requires hands-on electrical, electronic, mechanical and control system expertise. You will read blueprints, calibrate equipment, and support safety, quality, and customer service standards while working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years electro-mechanical technician experience.
• AA/AS in electro-mechanical or related field preferred or equivalent cert.
• Minimum 2 years industry experience.
• PLC technician certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency and predictive maintenance on electro-mechanical conveyor systems.
• Maintain and calibrate microprocessor-based control equipment and instrumentation.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical and control system failures.
• Conduct routine inspections to prevent breakdowns of machinery and equipment.
• Manage tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Assist in facility maintenance as needed.
