Job summary

Pengate Handling Systems, Inc. is seeking a Conveyor Technician to join our Service Team in Breinigsville, PA. You will repair and service conveyors and systems for customers, ensuring complete satisfaction in a courteous, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in conveyor or material-handling equipment.
• Minimum 3 years breakdown or service experience.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work on elevated platforms up to 30 ft.

Responsibilities

• Installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of all types of conveyor equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance per policy and procedures.
• Prepare documentation for each service call neatly and accurately.
• Proficient in lacing, splicing, cutting, vulcanized, and cold bonding belts.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.
• Follow safety guidelines when performing repairs at customer sites.
