Job summary

Magna Cosma division is seeking an industrial engineer to own PFEP, optimize WIP/FG storage, and lead inventory-reduction initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will develop and maintain value stream maps, monitor KPIs, and support new product launches, engineering changes, and plant expansions. Strong Lean/Six Sigma and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years in logistics concepts.
• Experience with value stream mapping and lean manufacturing.
• Strong change management and communication skills.
• Proven project management in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain PFEP, ensuring material flow and inventory strategies.
• Develop plant material footprints and optimize WIP/FG storage.
• Lead inventory reduction and warehousing optimization efforts.
• Create and improve Value Stream Maps for lean initiatives.
• Track KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Support new product launches, engineering changes, plant expansions.
• Champion 5S, audits, and layout management.
• Develop and track KPIs and drive improvements.
