Job summary

Magna's Cosma International plant in Moonville, SC, seeks a production supervisor to lead daily safety, quality and production activities. You will coordinate staffing, drive lean improvements, and ensure compliance with Magna and OSHA standards. Strong leadership, SAP/ERP experience, and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety, quality, and production activities with pre-shift meetings and target communication.
• Ensure compliance with Magna, OSHA, and plant safety standards including audits and investigations.
• Coordinate staffing, break relief, and production line coverage to maintain efficiency.
• Monitor production performance through data collection, downtime tracking and accurate documentation.
• Drive quality improvements through corrective actions, lean manufacturing, and first-time quality goals.
• Develop and coach team members through training, feedback, and leadership support.
• Maintain cross-functional communication, inventory, and 5S standards to meet safety, quality, and delivery objectives.
