Qualifications

• 3+ years of Converting Supervisor experience within a corrugate facility.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt).

• Support the production system and teams for safe production.
• Oversee daily shift operations with the Production Manager.
• Track and manage KPIs and production goals.
