Job summary

Novolex is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily production operations at our Indiana facility. You will oversee staff, drive safety culture, and ensure product quality while coordinating with HR for staffing and payroll matters.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in production supervision, bilingual English/Spanish, and MS Office proficiency; ability to lift 25 lbs; willingness to learn new systems; and a collaborative approach with hourly employees and peers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree not required but preferred; Six Sigma Certification preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful production supervision experience in manufacturing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new systems; strong verbal and written communication.
  • Team player with ability to build lasting productive relationships with hourly employees, management, and peers.
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs and regularly stand/move about the facility.
