Hood Container Chicago is seeking a Converting Superintendent to drive safety, quality, and efficiency in our converting operations. You will lead shift supervisors and partner with plant management to meet production goals at one of our largest corrugated box plants.
The role requires five+ years in supervision within the corrugated industry, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits are offered.
