Job summary

Oxco, LLC is seeking a Machine Helper in the Milwaukee area to support industrial converting and consumer packaging lines. You will load/unload materials, feed equipment, label finished goods, and help with packing and cleanliness across production areas.

Responsibilities include tracking time and material usage, meeting quality standards, and collaborating with a team. Typical shifts are 8+ hours. Training provided and safety rules apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading masters to unwind shafts
• Assist in removal of finished rolls from rewind shafts
• Clean around equipment
• Pack finished goods on skids or into boxes
• Cut cores
• Sharpen score blades
• Load raw goods onto equipment and feed sheets/rolls into packaging equipment
• Offload finished cartons/boxes and pack trays
• Label or stamp date on finished boxes
• Track time spent on assigned jobs and assist with material usage tracking
• Meet or exceed quality requirements as per work orders or supervisor directions
• Stand, lift, and bend for 8+ hours per day
• Provide ideas for continuous improvement in production processes
• Interact with supervisors, machine operators, material handlers, and customer service as needed
