Job summary

Mactac North America is seeking a Machine Operator to support the production of pressure-sensitive paper. You will operate the coating machine, monitor quality, and perform routine maintenance to ensure smooth, compliant production.

Responsibilities include stocking the machine with correct materials, inspecting adhesives, and coordinating with the team across shifts. Requires a high school diploma/GED and 2–4 years of manufacturing machine experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
• 2-4 years of manufacturing machine operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the coating machine and monitor production quality and efficiency.
• Ensure stock staged at the machine matches the order specifications.
• Inspect adhesive coating for quality and consistency.
• Perform routine PM maintenance on the coater equipment and related components.
• Report machine or product problems to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain tools and equipment and follow 5S procedures.
• Communicate effectively across shifts and partner with the production team.
