Bay Converting Inc. in Green Bay is seeking a Machine Operator to run the dryer sheet manufacturing equipment, including unwinds, coaters, folders, slitters, and a cartoner. The role troubleshoots mechanical issues and ensures quality throughout the process.

Responsibilities include meeting daily production schedules, inspecting materials, and safely operating equipment. Forklift usage is required to move materials and goods as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years machine operating experience.
• Experience in a converting environment preferred.
• Experience using electronic control panels preferred.
