Job summary

Inteplast Group in Coppell, TX is seeking a Converting and Printing Operator to set up and troubleshoot flexographic printing and converting machinery. You will monitor supplies of paper, glue, and ink and inspect finished products for quality and size.

The role requires standing on a fast-paced production floor with safety rules, and has training and shift expectations. PTO, benefits, and insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in setting up and troubleshooting converting/printing machinery.
• Experience with large rolls of paper or plastic.
• Knowledge and use of various hand tools (tape measure, screwdriver, wrenches).
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Basic math skills.

TITLE: Converting and Printing Operator

POSITION OBJECTIVE: Set up, troubleshoot, and maintaining flexographic printing, bag converting, sheeting, and laminating machinery to produce paper packaging.

All new machinery. Clean work environment. Air conditioning.

First and second shift hours - Monday - Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires experience in setting up and troubleshooting converting/printing machinery.
• Experience required with large rolls of paper or plastic.
• Knowledge and use of various hand tools assigned including tape measure, screwdriver, wrenches, etc.
• Good verbal and written skills required.
• Basic Math required.

• Maintain a safe working environment on production lines.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job‑related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:

• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
• Fast‑paced production floor with exposure to machinery noise.

TRAINING:

• Must complete ongoing training as required.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis
