Job summary

KHS, a leading beverage packaging equipment supplier, is seeking a Conversions Project Manager in Waukesha, WI. You will develop conversion projects, prepare accurate quotations, and support sales with technical expertise.

You will coordinate with engineering, manage schedules, visit customers as needed, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. A Bachelor's in Business or Engineering and 3+ years experience with complex automated capital equipment are required; PMP is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years technical experience (or sales) with complex automated capital equipment.
• At least 1 year experience in developing quotations for complex capital equipment.
• PMP Certification is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of packaging machines technology within area of product specialization.
• Ability to analyze applications and build competitive proposals.
• Ability to work independently on multiple proposals with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Reviews RFQs and analyzes customer needs from specifications and drawings.
• Supports sales process with technical information and may visit customer sites.
• Develops technical solutions and coordinates with engineering staff.
• Prepares cost estimates and competitive quotes following pricing structures.
• Acts as lead customer contact for quotes and orders when needed.
• Keeps product information and schedules updated for management and sales teams.
• Visits customers to resolve urgent issues with equipment as necessary.
