Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Conversions Crew Member for Desert Diamond Arena to transform the arena floor for each event, ensuring a safe and timely setup. The role supports seamless conversions of flooring, seating and staging to meet event requirements.

Responsibilities include equipment setup/breakdown, lifting up to 75 lbs, maintaining a clean work area, and following team lead directions. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is often required.

Qualifications

• Stand for long periods with stamina and safety.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 75 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work as part of a team to meet deadlines.

THE ROLE

The Conversions Crew Member is responsible for transforming the arena floor to meet the specific set up requirements of each event. This role is essential to ensuring the venue is prepared in a safe, efficient and timely manner

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• A minimum education level of Highschool Diploma or its equivalency
• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
