Job summary

Keystone is a premier economics, technology, and strategy consulting firm with offices in major cities including Boston. We’re seeking a Center of Excellence (CoE) Operations Specialist to support operational and strategic success of our CoEs, including K.ATS, K.ECON, and Keystone Management Science.

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with executives across operational areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to design and implement process improvements and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a CoE framework aligned with firm-wide goals.
• Coordinate operational support for CoEs including budget, staffing, and scheduling.
• Track progress, prepare updates, and present to leadership (Board materials).
• Act as liaison between CoEs and the Operations, Finance, and IT teams.
• Plan Offsites and events to support CoE initiatives.
